Together, they led the vision and development of River Landing Shops & Residences, a transformative 2.5-million-square-foot mixed-use project along the Miami River that redefined one of Miami’s oldest neighborhoods and sparked new investment west of Downtown Miami.

Coralee brings more than 20+ years of experience in large-scale development, complex transactions and multi-phase project delivery. As General Counsel of Leviev Boymelgreen Developers, she oversaw $750M in real estate transactions and guided several marquee condominium projects.
At UrbanX, she co-led the development and operations of River Landing Shops & Residences, now attracting more than 6 million annual visitors and ignited a wave of development west of downtown Miami.

Andy is the person you call when a project is complex, political, in distress or stalled. With over 30 years in real estate development, law, and finance, he has led projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars throughout South Florida.
Before co-founding Urban-X, he served as President of Leviev Boymelgreen Developers (LBD), where he oversaw the planning and construction of the companies portfolio including the Marquis condominium in Miami and managed $750 million in assets. Andy’s legal background – in corporate structuring, receiverships, and workouts – gives him a unique ability to anticipate and solve problems before they escalate.
