Asset Management

URBAN-X acts as the owners’ agent and adviser for the property. URBAN-X plans and directs the purchase, development and disposition of real estate on behalf of businesses and investors. As an asset manager, URBAN-X focuses on long-term strategic financial planning rather than on day-to-day operations of the property.
