151 at Biscayne Bay

151 at Biscayne is a condominium development on a 193-acre property in North Miami, east of Biscayne Boulevard and south of NE 151st Street, located among Aventura, Bal Harbour Village and the beach. Towers I & II of Biscayne Landing, formerly known as Oaks, consists of 373 two- and three-bedroom residential condos. The project was severely affected by the economic collapse in 2008. After the developer lost the partially sold condo tower, Andrew Hellinger was appointed Receiver of the homeowners association and of the 160 unsold units. Under that role, URBAN-X has been managing the condominium association and overseeing the development of the amenities for the tower.
