Urban-X Group completed construction and opened River Landing Shops & Residences in September 2020. River Landing opened its doors with an array of notable national retailers such as Publix Supermarkets, TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy, Burlington Stores, Ross Dress for Less, Hobby Lobby, Five Below, Chase Bank, Planet Fitness and AT&T. Chick Fil A and Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie are scheduled to open in the Summer 2021. Lime Mexican, CKO Boxing, Sapphira Medical Spa, Aspen Dental and Pediatric Dental are schedule to open in the Fall 2021. Urban-X recently signed a new lease with acclaimed Pan-Asian concept Tanuki, which will open its second location following a solid success in Miami Beach. Tanuki is scheduled to open in Winter 2021.
River Landing has quickly become a signature development in Miami, unlocking the Miami River for all of Miami’s residents to enjoy. While Miami is surrounded by water, there are very few places accessible for residents to shop, dine, work, and relax on the water. River Landing is an 8.14-acre mixed-use development that is transforming the Miami River. River Landing is the first large-scale project in nearly 50 years in the neighborhood just west of downtown Miami. River Landing features 2.2 million square feet of retail, office, apartments, a landscaped Riverwalk and green spaces. It consists of approximately 346,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, 135,000 square feet of office, 528 market-rate apartments, more than 2,000 parking spaces and the 25-foot-wide Riverwalk.
