Fee Development
One of URBAN-X’s specialties and niche is acting as a project manager/fee-developer allowing clients’ visions to become reality. URBAN-X provides peace of mind of having a dedicated, passionate and experienced team guiding the development process. URBAN-X takes on projects at inception or as a distressed asset.
URBAN-X assists other developers in identifying, analyzing, acquiring and developing real estate investments to reach the client’s desired return on investment.
For new developments, we conduct extensive due diligence of the market and property to advise clients on the acquisition of real estate assets and the best strategy to reach their goal. We also create the right program to determine the highest and best use for the targeted property. We create a strategy to deliver the project on time and on budget with a focus of assuring the best exit strategy. Lastly, we assemble the highest quality team to assure the project is constructed to the highest standard.
For distressed assets, URBAN-X has worked in collaboration with lenders to create successful strategies to fix, re-position and/or recommence fractured or failed projects.
