The project involved completing the design, development, and construction of key amenity spaces, including a clubhouse, within a residential complex composed of two 25-story towers built in 2007. Featuring spacious two- and three-bedroom residences with open-concept layouts, the property is positioned within the Biscayne Landing community, offering proximity to major retail, dining, and lifestyle destinations, as well as expansive green spaces and waterfront views.

In parallel, the team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the property, identifying and resolving all construction deficiencies and defects to ensure the building met operational and quality standards. Responsibilities also extended to the full management of the association’s day-to-day operations, including repairs, maintenance, collections, leasing, and accounts payable, ensuring both functional stability and continuity for residents.

Additionally, the project footprint was expanded through the rezoning of 4.5 acres, allowing for the integration of enhanced amenities and reinforcing the property’s long-term value. These efforts contributed to strengthening the overall residential offering, aligning the development with the broader vision of Biscayne Landing as an emerging lifestyle destination anchored by parks, retail, and recreational infrastructure.
