Sterling Communities at Talavera

Revitalizing a Partially Completed Community and Exceeding Market Returns

Talavera, a gated enclave of 77 Mediterranean-style estate homes in Wellington, features semi-custom residences set on generously sized parcels ranging from one-quarter to over one-third of an acre. The community offers private and water views, along with close proximity to major retail, dining, and recreational destinations, including Wellington Green Mall, West Palm Beach, and nearby coastal amenities, positioning it within one of South Florida’s most desirable residential corridors.

The project required the completion of 27 partially built residences that were in various stages of disrepair. Each home was carefully evaluated and brought to completion, ensuring consistency with the community’s architectural character and quality standards. All residences were successfully delivered and sold at prices exceeding prevailing market values and lender return expectations.

In parallel, the work included addressing and resolving all matters related to the homeowner association, restoring operational stability across the community. Through a disciplined and comprehensive approach, the development was repositioned as a cohesive and desirable residential enclave, reinforcing its standing within the Wellington luxury housing market.
